We're hiring a Staffing Coordinator to match caregivers to patients across 80+ active cases and a 400+ person field team. It's high volume, fast-paced, and critical to keeping care consistent. You'll handle scheduling, fill last-minute callouts, and make sure every shift is covered—day, night, weekend.

This role isn't easy. It's exempt, salaried, and includes rotating on-call coverage. But if you've got drive and want to move up fast, this is your shot. Our client is one of the fastest-growing home health and home care agencies in California. They're looking for someone who can grow into a Staffing Manager role.

What you'll do:

• Run scheduling for private duty, concierge-level home care

• Match the right caregiver to the right patient—quickly and accurately

• Coordinate real-time shift changes and last-minute callouts

• Rotate on-call coverage (nights/weekends via phone)

• Use scheduling software daily (they'll train you)

What you bring:

• Experience with staffing, scheduling , or ops coordination (home health is a plus, not a must)

• Fast decision-making, clear communication, zero drama

• Willingness to rotate after-hours coverage with two others

• You're wired for ownership , not clock-watching
