Job summary

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage daily staffing needs for our residents. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, ensuring coverage, and maintaining accurate staffing records with discretion.

You will collaborate with nursing and rehab teams, support quality initiatives, and foster positive relationships with residents and families while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 1 year of nursing home staffing or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

As a Staffing Coordinator at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day staffing needs. Located in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, our community offers a warm and welcoming environment where each resident receives the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

$20 - $25/hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules and rotations in collaboration with the care team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
• Manage and maintain accuracy of scheduling and staffing records
• Identify and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation team members to ensure seamless communication and handovers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, residents, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of prior experience in a nursing home required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
