Job summary

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who is detail-oriented and organized to support daily staffing needs for our residents receiving sub-acute medical care and 24-hour skilled nursing. You will work with the care team to ensure adequate coverage and maintain accurate scheduling records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year of prior experience in a nursing home.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Discretion with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules and rotations with care team.
• Maintain accuracy of scheduling and staffing records.
• Identify and resolve staffing conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams for handovers.
• Participate in quality improvement and policy development.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
