Rehab of KC South is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills. Previous scheduling experience is a plus, but no medical certification is required for this key position. As a Staffing Coordinator, you would be a part of a collaborative team whose energy and creativity are valued and rewarded.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Help in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees
2. Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
3. Prepare and submit reports that have to do with employee operations
4. Take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
5. Work with the payroll unit to ensure appropriate employee settlement
6. Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill any existing vacancy in an appropriate way.
7. May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Must have excellent communication skills, especially verbal/oral communication
2. Must be able to work as part of a team, i.e., he/she must be an excellent team player
3. Possession of good organizational and leadership abilities is a prerequisite
4. Ability to work with little or no supervision
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. He/she must be extremely reliable
7. Must have excellent time management abilities.
