Recovery Centers of America seeks a Staffing Coordinator to manage schedules for non-exempt staff, Monday through Friday, 40 hrs/week, with a pay rate of $26.63/hr. You will work closely with nursing leadership, department managers, HR, and executives to align staffing with census and budget guidelines.
You’ll create and maintain shifts in ShiftHound, monitor overtime and PTO, analyze daily reports, and adjust staffing plans as census changes.

As a Staffing Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and fiscally responsible staffing across the facility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with nursing leadership, department managers, Human Resources, and executive leadership to develop and manage staff schedules, monitor overtime, and adjust staffing levels in alignment with patient census and budget guidelines. Your ability to balance operational needs with employee engagement will directly support quality patient care and organizational performance.
