Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator at Clive Behavioral Health West to support staffing needs and optimize schedules. You will collaborate with the nursing and HR teams to ensure adequate coverage and timely updates to staffing rosters.

The role emphasizes coordination, communication, and maintaining high staffing standards to support patient care during challenging times. Prior experience with UKG scheduling in medical settings is preferred.

• Experience with UKG scheduling in a medical facility preferred.

Staffing Coordinator

Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.

Staffing Coordinator position works closly with the nursing and HR team to ensure the favility is appropriately staffed and hiring needs are kept up to date. The incumbent will work closely with staff to update and maintain schedules.
