Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Clive Behavioral Health West, a facility opened in 2021 with inpatient beds and a focus on crisis management and community discharge planning. The role partners with nursing and HR to ensure appropriate staffing and up-to-date hiring needs.
You will work closely with staff to update and maintain schedules, support patient care, and contribute to a supportive, efficient hospital environment that aligns with UHS standards.
Staffing Coordinator
Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.
Staffing Coordinator position works closly with the nursing and HR team to ensure the favility is appropriately staffed and hiring needs are kept up to date. The incumbent will work closely with staff to update and maintain schedules.

One (1) year experience in Administration.
Experience with UKG and/or scheduling in a medical facility preferred.
