Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Staffing Coordinator to keep hospital units fully staffed and ensure patient care standards. You will manage the master scheduling system, adjusting staffing based on census fluctuations, call-ins, and planned leaves of absence, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer as part of Nursing Management.

The role involves five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a state-of-the-art facility with EPIC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience required; more than three preferred.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep hospital units fully staffed and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call‑ins and pre‑planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Shift: Five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
