Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, PA, is a new behavioral health facility offering care for seniors, adults and adolescents. • Associate's degree is preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience is required, but more than three is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hospital units staffed to ensure proper patient care.
• Manage the master scheduling software system and adjust staffing based on census, call-ins, and leaves of absence.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts as part of the Nursing Management Team.
• Report to the Director of Nursing as a key contributor to unit operations.

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Shift

Five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
