Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join a multi-disciplinary team in a new 144-bed behavioral health facility. You will manage master scheduling and adjust staffing based on census, call-ins, and planned leaves to ensure full shift coverage.

You will be part of the Nursing Management Team and report to the Director of Nursing. Shift is five 8-hour shifts per week, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree is preferred.
• One to three years of relevant staffing or scheduling experience is required; more than three is preferred.

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. The position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Shift: Five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
