The role involves sourcing and presenting qualified candidates, advising hiring managers, and creating reports on hiring progress. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with recruiting software is required. This position offers flexible contract work as a 1099 contractor.

We are seeking independent contract,(1099), recruiters. Contract Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for employers.

• Source qualified candidates via networking, job sites, etc.
• Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Advise hiring managers to help them make the best hiring decision.
• Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
