Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local team, manage clients, and drive growth in the North Texas market.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year with quarterly bonus opportunities.

You will run daily operations, set KPIs, source talent, and partner with HR, Risk, and Compliance to keep safety a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in staffing or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven knowledge of HR management and strategy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations including payroll and recruitment activity.
• Set clear KPIs for your team, coach them to hit those numbers, and celebrate when they do.
• Be the first call for clients on job orders, temporary employee concerns, and business questions.
• Support your branch sales rep and help develop new accounts, building relationships at every level of client organizations.
• Find new and creative ways to source talent, both active and passive candidates.
• Set goals and incentives for your staff and communicate them clearly and often.
• Dig into your branch numbers weekly and monthly and know exactly where you stand against your goals.
• Partner with Risk Management, HR, and Compliance to keep safety front and center at our branches and client sites.
• Interview and help select new members of your branch team.
• Train and coach your people on the skills that make them successful.

What You'll Actually Do

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk management job. You'll be the heartbeat of the Denton branch: leading your team, talking to clients, solving problems in real time, and making sure the right people land in the right jobs every single day.

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in the staffing industry or a similar fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proven knowledge of HR management and strategy, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including online and social media recruiting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay steady and effective in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
