Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Branch Administrator in Des Plaines, IL to act as the operational hub for the branch. You will keep candidates moving through the pipeline, support recruiters, and ensure details stay organized so the team runs smoothly.

You will post job ads, manage applications, coordinate interviews, and assist with paperwork and onboarding. This role demands reliability, coachability, and a team-first mindset, with room to grow within a fast-moving light industrial staffing

• Field incoming applications and get candidates to the right next step quickly.

• Keep candidate and placement records clean and current in our systems.
• Be a dependable first point of contact for candidates and the branch team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonus opportunities

Every week we're placing people into manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, and skilled trades roles across the area — and the branch runs on the person who keeps all the moving parts organized.

That's this role. As Branch Administrator, you're the operational hub: you keep candidates moving through the pipeline, keep the recruiters supported, and keep the details from slipping.
