Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staffing Bank Co-ordinator to support safe staffing levels by coordinating the temporary workforce across hospital departments. The role involves onboarding new Bank staff, managing agency and bank bookings, and reporting workforce data to ensure timely and efficient service.

The successful candidate will have customer service or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Teams/Excel).

Formación

• Experience of working in a customer service or administrative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience handling enquiries, concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Working as part of the busy Staffing Bank team.
• Managing Bank shift fulfilment for Depts/Divisions for all Staff Groups excluding Medics.
• Responding to calls/emails with work related queries from Bank staff. Managing complaints received from Depts/Divisions relating to Bank staff issues .
• Responding to external candidates looking to join the Staffing Bank. Discussing potential Temporary bookings with Managers, providing advice and support re systems use.
• Using Outlook, TEAMS, Allocate Optima.
