Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised Rostering and Data Administrator within the Medical Staffing team. You will support the safe deployment of doctors by managing workforce data, creating safer rotas and improving leave processes.

You’ll deliver data insights to internal stakeholders as well as regional and national organisations. This role offers flexible working options and around one third of shifts may be worked from home.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, detail-focused and analytical individual.
• Experience with workforce data management and reporting.
• Ability to develop safer, more effective rotas and manage annual leave processes.
• Ability to build relationships with clinical leaders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse workforce data to produce reports and insights.
• Maintain accuracy of key workforce systems.
• Develop safe, efficient medical rotas and support contractual compliance.
• Support annual leave management, rota redesign and reporting improvements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
