Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of general principles of recruiting.
• Experience in managing applicant databases.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in candidate sourcing.
• Unbiased judgement.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy with management.
• Review and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Perform job analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to boards.
• Source and recruit candidates via databases, social media, and boards.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable tools to screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Verify references, conduct background checks, and arrange pre-employment testing.
• Onboard new associates and maintain candidate data accuracy.

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods to screen candidates.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
• Verify reference, conduct background check, facilitate drug screen and pre-employment testing.
• Act as a point of contact and manage all communication with associates.
• Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
• Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
• On-board new associates.
• Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
