Abound Health is seeking a Staffing and Workforce Senior Manager to join our Corporate team in North Carolina. In this remote role, you will report to the VP of Centralized Clinical Operation. This pivotal position will lead the strategic development and technological innovation of our workforce management systems to optimize staffing operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology-driven strategies for caregiver-to-client matching.
  • Oversee operational and change management initiatives in workforce planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, HR, and IT to streamline staffing systems.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing staffing operations team.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data insights to improve staffing effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all staffing functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing workforce technology in healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Expertise in scheduling systems, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of EHR and health IT systems.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and healthcare staffing compliance.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in staffing, workforce planning, or change management (7+ years preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
