About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Affiliate Marketing Product Manager to join the Global AdTech team at Client. This team supports the marketing tech ecosystem that powers digital strategies across some of the most iconic beauty brands in the world.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving performance marketing initiatives, affiliate platform support, and product enablement for cross-functional teams. If you have a passion for digital marketing, product operations, and creating seamless customer experiences—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and support product features and enhancements for affiliate marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and third-party partners to bring product ideas to life.
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Provide end-to-end product support, including QA, documentation, and feature launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and surface insights using tools like GA, Looker, or Excel.
• Communicate product updates clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, affiliate marketing, or MarTech support.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Braze, and other affiliate tools.
• Strong ability to write user stories, conduct QA, and maintain product documentation.
• Experience working with third-party integrations or campaign operations.
• Comfortable collaborating across engineering and marketing teams.
• Quick learner with strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Previous roles such as Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst (MarTech), Affiliate Marketing Specialist, or Digital Platform Coordinator.
• Familiarity with eCommerce or consumer brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product design, engineering, or a related field.
