Job summary

Reddit is hiring a Staff People Integrations Engineer to own and scale Workday integrations across Reddit’s People technology ecosystem. You will design and implement integrations connecting Workday with other HR systems, ensuring secure data movement for employee, candidate, contractor, and benefits data.

The role emphasizes deep Workday expertise, reporting, APIs, data mapping, and automation, with collaboration across People Product, P&C Operations, Analytics, Talent, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and maintaining Workday integrations.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect.
• Strong reporting and configuration knowledge for Workday.
• Experience integrating Workday with recruiting, identity, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own health and maintenance of Reddit’s Workday integration portfolio.
• Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday and adjacent People systems.
• Design scalable automation solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
