Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Staff People Integrations Engineer to own and scale the Workday integration portfolio within our People Platform. You’ll connect Workday with Reddit’s growing set of employee systems and ensure secure, reliable data flows.

You will design and maintain integrations, capture requirements, build with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and implement monitoring and automation. The role requires deep Workday expertise, data mapping, APIs, and experience with SQL and cloud

Qualifications

Deep expertise in Workday integrations with enterprise systems.
Experience connecting Workday with a broad range of systems across HR, security, and IT.
Strong knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and integration security.
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and building automation for data flows.
Experience with SQL and cloud data platforms as data pipelines evolve.

Responsibilities

Own the health, maintenance, and evolution of Workday integration portfolio.
Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and web services.
Design scalable integration approaches between Workday and adjacent systems.
Implement scalable automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
Lead end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
Establish monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and incident-response practices; troubleshoot failures.
