You'll work on global design systems, internationalization, and performance, with a fast-paced, AI-driven environment that values experimentation and rapid iteration.

• Marketing web development background
• Enterprise repository ownership: branching, CI/CD, code-review culture
• Headless CMS architecture: Next.js with Sanity
• Modern React ecosystem for the web
• Vercel as production platform
• AI-native development: using AI tools in workflow
• High ownership & accountability
• Technical leadership: guiding or reviewing agency developers

Responsibilities

• Own the deepgram.com codebase end to end: Next.js app, GitHub repo, branching and CI/CD, code review
• Maintain Sanity CMS architecture: schemas, modules library, staging/production, publishing workflow
• Run the global design system, component library, Vercel platform and AI integrations
• Build and run the site's QA program with scalable staging
• Lead internationalization and localization: i18n/l10n routing, hreflang
• Assist in technical SEO: site architecture, redirects, Core Web Vitals
• Ensure LLM discoverability (AEO): structured data and metadata
• Develop infrastructure for experimentation
• Partner with Marketing Ops: forms, gated content, attribution (GTM/GA4/HubSpot)
• Maintain cybersecurity posture and run audits
• Ship complex site improvements and campaigns quickly
• Foster AI-native workflow in daily build processes
