You will own the design system, guide research, and set quality standards for pages, partnering with engineers, motion designers, and marketers to deliver end-to-end solutions at a category-defining pace.

You will mentor designers, advocate accessibility, and push the boundaries of a best-in-class legal AI website with AI-assisted workflows and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience with a strong web/digital focus.
• Portfolio demonstrates UX, interaction, responsive design, and design-system work.
• Expertise in systems thinking and scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in modern design tools and front-end hand-offs.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the website design system with scalable patterns and governance.
• Lead end-to-end design for web projects from concept through hand-off to engineers and designers.
• Drive innovation through prototyping and user testing to improve UX, conversions, and accessibility.
• Mentor junior designers in responsive design and design-system governance.
• Lead design demos and present work to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
