Harvey is seeking a Senior/Staff Design Engineer to build a coherent, scalable design system that powers AI-driven workflows. You’ll define components, tokens, and patterns in collaboration with frontend and platform teams to ensure quality and consistency across product experiences.

With a strong brand sensibility and systems thinking, you’ll ship production-ready design system assets, govern usage, and advocate for accessibility and performance.

• Design, prototype, and ship production-ready system components in tight collaboration with frontend engineering.
• Partner with frontend and platform engineers to ensure system decisions translate into code with shared ownership of quality.
• Establish governance, deprecation models, and clear contribution guidelines.
• Embed accessibility, responsiveness, and performance into the system by default.
• Document system usage and best practices for product teams.
• Advocate for system adoption and consistency in product planning and reviews.
