Quince is seeking a Staff UX Designer to shape the next phase of our digital product experience. This senior, hands-on IC role leads complex initiatives from strategy through execution and raises the quality of product design across the team.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving startup, balance customer needs, business goals, data, and strong product judgment. You’ll focus on an app-first mentality, designing native mobile experiences for iOS and Android and extending into web, with collaboration

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience in ecommerce or consumer digital products.
Deep experience designing native iOS and Android apps.
App-first mindset with autonomy to lead initiatives.
Experience with mature design systems and scalable components.
Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX for high-impact, complex product initiatives from strategy to launch.
Champion an app-first design mentality for native mobile experiences.
Shape core ecommerce experiences across discovery, browsing, cart, checkout, and post-purchase.
Establish strong UX direction and connect features into a cohesive customer experience.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Evolve design system components and patterns across app and web.
Partner with Product and Analytics on experimentation and improvements to UX and conversion.
Translate research and data into design decisions to improve usability.
