Quince is seeking a Staff UX Designer to shape the next phase of our digital product experience. This senior IC role leads complex initiatives from strategy through execution, establishing strong UX direction and elevating product design across the team.

You will focus on building with an app‑first mentality, designing native mobile experiences, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Brand for iOS, Android, and web across the full e‑commerce journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally with e‑commerce or consumer-facing products.
• Deep experience designing native mobile products for iOS and Android.
• Strong app‑first product mindset and opportunities to use native mobile capabilities.
• Experience leading complex, high‑impact product initiatives with autonomy.
• Experience with design systems and scalable patterns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX for high‑impact, complex product initiatives from strategy through design, testing, iteration, and launch.
• Champion an app‑first design mentality; create better experiences on native mobile.
• Shape core e‑commerce experiences across discovery, shopping, cart, checkout, and post‑purchase.
• Establish strong UX direction and ensure cohesive end‑to‑end customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps with a UX perspective.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system across app and web.
• Partner with designers and engineers on design system implementation and consistency.
• Work with Product and Analytics on experimentation, A/B testing, and learnings.
• Utilize research and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Apply strong interaction design for micro‑interactions and motion.
