Qualifications

• Graduation from High School and experience in administrative functions.
• EBPI, First Aid/CPR instructor certification or obtain within three months.
• Ability to interpret policies and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops, and administers training curriculums based on best practice.
• Coordinates schedules and assigns instructors for all trainings.
• Maintains training certification database and prepares reports for supervisors.
• Acts as primary instructor for EBPI Training, CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens and OSHA.
• Travels within the counties served by ComServ, Inc. to model training.
