Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and conduct new hire training and annual recertifications (CPR, EBPI).
• Develop and administer diverse training curriculums based on best practices.
• Manage training resources, locations, and testing materials to verify competency.
• Create and disseminate training schedules and internal newsletters.
• Maintain certification databases and produce training reports for supervisors.
