Job summary

Salute is seeking a Training & Development Manager to oversee certification programs within a mission-critical data center environment. Reporting to the Data Center Manager, you will manage employee development, certification renewals, and audit-ready documentation while coordinating with client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field; associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years coordinating training programs in data centers or technical operations.
• Knowledge of data center operations, safety standards, and industry regulations (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute).
• Experience maintaining certification programs and training records with compliant reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate training programs supporting operational readiness and site-specific safety and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Manage onboarding documentation and refresher programs to ensure continuous competency and compliance.
• Collaborate with client representatives and Salute leadership to align site-specific training with client-driven requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor/instruct instructor-led, online, and practical training sessions to ensure engagement and learning retention.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of training records and certifications to support internal tracking and audits.
