Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a highly technical Technical Program Manager to drive the development and scaling of our core WMS and TMS. You will partner with operations leadership to translate warehouse realities into scalable software and lead architectural discussions across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 12–15+ years of strategic engineering program management or software architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• CSM or equivalent agile execution expertise with release management skills.
• Ability to define multi-year technical roadmaps with operations executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SDLC for core WMS and TMS with architectural oversight.
• Lead data routing from OMS to WMS for execution.
• Partner with operations to reflect floor constraints in software.
• Evolve WMS toward Warehouse Execution System (WES).
• Oversee Alpha/Beta lab trials and production deployments.
• Lead triage for bugs and release quality.
• Enforce change management for rollout across the network.
• Travel up to 25%.
