Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Staff TPM in the Monetization Data Science team. You will lead an end-to-end DS execution roadmap, align multiple functions, and drive a data-driven monetization engine.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted planning, governance, and scalable analytics to support cross-functional decision making across Product, Eng, Design, Sales, PMM, Core, Platforms, and Data. You will partner with Platforms/Data Eng and Monetization Eng to productionize core datasets, close observability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monetization DS execution roadmap across SSOT, funnel, segmentation, and analytics with milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate DS production with Platforms/Data Eng, Monetization Eng, and DS to productionize core tables and governance.
• Close observability gaps with Engineering to analyze full-funnel delivery and metrics reliably.
• Drive workflow automation to reduce toil and improve monitoring, alerting, and dependencies.
• Deliver partner-facing analytics surfaces and dashboards to enable fast diagnostics and opportunity mining.
• Establish cadence for business reviews and accountability for moving input metrics beyond revenue outcomes.
• Structure cross-functional deep dives with hypotheses, decision asks, and actionable plans.
• Use GenAI as the default operating model for program artifacts and AI-assisted workflows.
