Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager aligned to Ads & Monetization to drive company-level programs across advertising and data science domains.

You will evaluate complex technical approaches, shape execution strategies, embed AI tools into workflows, and mentor others while owning metrics and outcomes. This is one of the most senior IC TPM roles in the Monetization org, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and GTM

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management or related leadership of company-level programs.
• Experience leading large-scale programs in ads, marketplaces, ML/AI, ranking or data platforms.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple organizations on strategic programs.
• Experience shaping roadmaps at the company level and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven accountability systems, roadmaps, launch governance and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-level programs within Ads & Monetization with direct impact on OKRs.
• Drive long-term innovation and differentiate Pinterest's monetization strategy.
• Influence at VP level and align across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and GTM.
• Own metrics and accountability framework linking delivery to outcomes.
• Embed AI tools into program workflows and govern data privacy and accuracy.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship across the TPM org.
