Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or leading company-level programs that affect revenue.
• Experience leading large-scale programs in ads, marketplace systems, machine learning/AI, ranking, or similar complex domains.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align orgs on high-risk, high-ambiguity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-level programs within Ads & Monetization with cross-functional impact.
• Identify opportunities to drive long-term business innovation and differentiation in ads.
• Influence senior leadership decisions and align multiple orgs on important programs.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Own metrics and accountability frameworks connecting delivery to measured outcomes.
• Establish decision frameworks and accelerate alignment across executive teams.
• Apply technical judgment to guide engineers through complex tradeoffs.
• Embed AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and workflows.
• Mentor PgMs and ICs and share reusable TPM practices.
