In this role, expected collaboration involves cross-functional partners to accelerate decision making, ensure reliability, and improve data-driven outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading high-visibility portfolios.
• Ability to build order from ambiguity and drive multi-team initiatives.
• Strong instincts for experimentation platforms, ML systems, or data platforms.
• Sharp prioritization sense and comfort making calls with incomplete info.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record earning trust with executives and guiding programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape how Pinterest measures itself across experimentation, ML, GenAI, and data infrastructure.
• Drive experimentation roadmap to accelerate testing, learning, and shipping at scale.
• Own the program driving cost and compute efficiency across ML systems and tooling.
• Lead cost optimization and evaluation for GenAI/LLM systems and production workflows.
• Own Presto query optimization and support for analytics pipelines.
• Measure GenAI-driven productivity and build evaluation frameworks for coding models.
• Own cost attribution and usage understanding across shared infrastructure.
• Oversee measurement for Shopping infrastructure and data platform investments.
• Build repeatable prioritization frameworks to move fast across a broad portfolio.
• Establish transparent leadership communication on status, risk, and impact.
• Mentor teammates and set the standard for great measurement program management.
