Job summary

Crusoe is hiring a Staff TPM to own deployment programs for new sites and capacity expansion of its sustainable AI cloud infrastructure. You will drive engagements from chip vendors through first customer clusters, shaping the deployment framework rather than just executing it, with a focus on GPU architectures and DOCA/driver stacks.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, deliver data‑driven executive updates, and mentor junior TPMs while advancing AI tooling to improve program tracking

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager
• Experience owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end
• Proven ability to drive cross‑organizational alignment at VP/SVP level

Responsibilities

• Own deployment programs end-to-end for new sites and capacity expansions
• Define and drive deployment engagement models from chip vendor to first customer cluster
• Develop real-time execution dashboards and provide data-driven executive updates
• Coach junior TPMs and integrate AI tools into program tracking
