Job summary

HubSpot Security is seeking a highly technical TPM to partner with security engineers and product leaders to ship meaningful security improvements at scale. You will drive initiatives within the Security Product Line and influence governance practices.

In this role you will own end-to-end delivery of large security programs spanning detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure and application security, and more, while defining roadmaps with engineering leads and PMs.

Qualifications

• Twelve plus years of technical program management embedded with security or software teams in SaaS or cloud.
• Credible with security engineers; asks the right questions and drives work forward.
• Experience shaping platform direction, technical standards and guardrails.
• Hands-on leadership across detection/response, IAM, infrastructure and app security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded TPM for security engineering teams, owning program execution for the Security Product Line’s most complex and strategically important initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale security programs spanning detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, application security, and more.
• Partner with security engineering leads and product managers to define roadmaps, sequence work, manage dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Navigate ambiguity and organizational complexity independently, escalating the right things and clearing blockers.
• Own portfolio-level KPIs, building reporting that connects program delivery to customer, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Serve as a thought leader within the TPM function, sharing strategies and AI-enabled workflows.
