Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering to lead a large-scale AI-driven security fleet at its Austin, TX office.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, unblock dependencies, and partner with Security, Product & Technology, IT, and GRC teams to meet enterprise trust requirements. You’ll shape a next-generation security capability, turning ambiguous initiatives into coordinated programs that ship at machine speed, reporting to the Senior Director,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs in security or infrastructure.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/autonomous system programs from 0 to production.
• Strong understanding of security engineering concepts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, roadmap, and execution for the agentic security fleet.
• Define and manage structure for multi-quarter initiatives with milestones and risks.
• Partner with Security Engineering to translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.
• Identify blockers and escalate to senior leadership when needed.
• Establish and improve delivery practices and tooling for an AI-native team.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives with business framing.
• Influence architectural and product decisions affecting scope and timeline.
