Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of large, multi-team programs across its product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff to launch and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will coordinate planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication while applying foundational AI skills to enhance productivity and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data systems.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience with sprint planning and program tracking.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with crisp status reports.
• Foundational AI skills and ability to apply AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across teams.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, risk logs, and milestone dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-team decisions to keep programs on track and run standups and reviews.
• Translate program status into updates for product leadership and engineering.
• Identify risks early and drive retrospectives for process improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM.
• Surface trade-off analysis to leadership using program metrics.
• Explore AI applications to boost productivity and impact.
