Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large, multi-team programs across its product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff to launch while partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to drive delivery.

You will coordinate plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with leadership. Experience with cloud platforms, Agile delivery, and AI-related initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation, ability to write clear status reports.
• Foundational AI skills and ability to apply AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependencies, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making; run standups and steering reviews.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams.
• Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-off analyses for leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to explore AI-enablement across the workforce.
