Job summary

Analog Devices in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Staff Test Development Engineer to develop high-performance test solutions for precision mixed-signal products. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and debug test hardware and software solutions for characterization and production, collaborating closely with design engineers.

The role requires a strong background in Electrical Engineering, effective communication skills, and proficiency with testing tools and statistical analysis methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with schematic and layout tools such as Orcad and Cadence ALLEGRO.
• Familiarity with additional Cadence tools and knowledge of Unix operating system.

Responsibilities

• Develop product test solutions for High Performance Analog / Mixed Signal integrated circuits.
• Design and develop multi-site, cost-effective test HW/SW solutions.
• Participate in New Product Development Teams to evaluate new test systems.
