Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of experience in analog/digital circuit analysis.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital devices; proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic.
• Experience designing multi-site HW/SW test solutions for characterization and production.
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) for first silicon verification.
• Familiarity with Cadence tools and schematic/layout capture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance test solutions for analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Design and debug multi-site HW/SW test for characterization and production.
• Collaborate with design engineers to define test methodologies and plans.
• Define schematics and PCB test hardware in collaboration with layout engineers.
• Debug test programs and transfer solutions to offshore high-volume sites.
• Support manufacturing to maintain yield and resolve test issues.
• Participate in New Product Development teams and evaluate new test systems.
• Manage project schedules aligning with product introductions.
• Be a motivated team player and willing to go the extra mile.
