Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 7+ years in semiconductor test engineering preferred.
• Experience with ATE test platforms, especially RF products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Advantest 93K and RF test platforms.
• Act as technical liaison for production test solutions.
