- 7+ years in senior engineering roles with automation testing focus
- Ability to mentor mixed seniority teams and contribute as IC
- Expertise in modern automation tooling and test framework design
- Experience with AI-first approaches to automation and architecture
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term test automation and quality architecture vision across cloud and mobile systems
- Design, build, and scale reusable testing frameworks
- Make and influence major decisions on test strategy with stakeholders
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps familiarity)
- Mentor senior and early career engineers and conduct code reviews
