Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks a highly technical engineering leader to own the test automation and quality architecture across cloud and mobile platforms. You will shape framework design, mentor a mixed seniority team, and drive an AI-first approach to how automation is built.

You will design scalable frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and partner with quality and product leaders to improve release quality and metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior engineering roles with emphasis on automation testing and framework building.
• Ability to guide technical decisions while contributing hands-on.
• AI-first approach to automation and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the short and long term vision for test automation and quality architecture across cloud and mobile.
• Design, build, and scale reusable testing frameworks.
• Influence test strategy decisions in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Mentor a mixed group of senior and early career engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Analyze quality metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Share knowledge through design reviews and tech talks.
