Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex software programs in the Commercial Technology team. You will partner with product, design and software engineering to drive consumer and employee-facing software from concept to production.

This role requires deep collaboration across engineering and cross-functional partners, with locations in Palo Alto or Irvine, CA or Vancouver, BC. Strong planning, risk management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in program/production management or cross-functional roles.
• Track record launching consumer-facing software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary software projects from concept to production.
• Coordinate with product, design, software, and hardware teams.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and report status.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and hit roadmap milestones.
• Improve processes to reduce risks and accelerate development.
