Job summary

Rivian is seeking a highly organized Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex, high-impact programs typically exceeding $50M. You will define scope, schedule, and budget, and align cross-functional teams and external partners to Rivian's mission.

This role is based at our Normal, IL/Plymouth, MI or Atlanta, GA facility and reports to a Director. You will build detailed program plans, manage risks, and deliver timely status updates to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years managing complex programs with budgets exceeding $50M.
• Experience defining and maintaining program scope throughout lifecycle.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external vendors.
• Foster collaboration and guide teams to prioritize critical tasks and manage resources.
• Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Create and maintain program reports and status updates for leadership.
