• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major product or platform programmes that cross multiple teams and markets.
• Manage cross-collective programmes: roadmaps, milestones, priorities, risks, and alignment with business goals.
• Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and ensure operational effectiveness across the collective.
