Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for General Assembly to lead high-impact programs from scope to readiness on Lucid's manufacturing lines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field.
• 8+ years in General Assembly engineering, technical program management, or project management in automotive/advanced manufacturing.
• Experience designing, developing, launching, or integrating General Assembly equipment and processes for brownfield or greenfield programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, milestones, and KPIs translating requirements into execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning for GA equipment, processes, installation, and integration for production readiness.
• Build and manage program schedules, resources, and deliverables with clear accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and integration risks.
• Facilitate decisions across multiple functions when priorities conflict.
• Evaluate design changes to support manufacturing integration and DFx activities.
