Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end portfolio for the Data Marketplace, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable marketplace capabilities.

You will drive agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional roadmaps, and implement health metrics to ensure predictable delivery while maintaining privacy and compliance. This role offers remote-eligible options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies.
• Ability to translate needs into roadmaps and requirements.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in adtech, martech, data platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management for LiveRamp's Data Marketplace.
• Coordinate product and engineering work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive the software development lifecycle for marketplace programs from ideation to launch.
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and requirements.
• Build and maintain program plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Define and monitor program health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-team rituals.
• Run incident response for marketplace-impacting problems.
• Create executive-ready status reporting.
• Champion best practices in program management.
