Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for its Data Marketplace. You will own end-to-end program management, coordinating product and engineering work across multiple teams to deliver marketplace initiatives with clear timelines and success criteria.

You’ll drive the software lifecycle from ideation to launch, translate needs into roadmaps, and maintain plans, metrics, and risk registers. Collaboration and agile leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional, technical programs.
• Proven ability to align product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Data Marketplace initiatives.
• Coordinate product and engineering work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive the software development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate stakeholder needs into roadmaps and documented requirements.
• Maintain program plans, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Define and monitor program health metrics to drive improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-team rituals for predictability.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems for marketplace issues.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across teams.
• Create concise executive-ready status reports.
