• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, delivery leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio health and predictable delivery across complex, cross-functional programs.
• Create clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, tradeoffs, and required actions.
• Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, review cadences, and mechanisms to improve execution across teams.
• Strengthen SDLC discipline including intake, prioritization, planning, and release readiness.
• Coordinate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Operations, and stakeholders.
